Mazda Motors (UK) – Kaizen dealership training tool
Mazda’s Kaizen binder is a core dealership tool that, in one single source, provides expert support and training to customer facing staff. As a constantly evolving guide to the complete range of Mazda products it’s kept at hand for the most up-to-date information and support during the sales process.
FMS are responsible for the design, print, production, collation and despatch of this key training tool to a network of over 280 dealerships and partner organisations throughout the UK.
RSPCA Freedom Food – Farm Animal Week
Freedom Food wanted to put together a suite of communications that would encourage members and partnership organisations to take part in Farm Animal Week - an annual event which aims to raise greater awareness of the importance of higher farm animal welfare.
A four page insert was designed to launch the event to members and encourage them to participate by ordering free ‘goody bags' which came with a display pack to promote Farm Animal Week.
Membership communications were designed to simply and effectively communicate the event so that members were easily engaged and called to action. The Farm Animal Week goody bags and display packs (containing posters, window stickers, balloons, badges and mini ‘interactive' booklets) were designed to work alongside the ‘Animal Warhol' concept FMS developed for Freedom Food - creating ‘stand out' and having broad appeal to a wide audience.
Feedback from members and consumers alike was very positive and Freedom Food described the activity as ‘highly successful'.
