Vaillant – Interactive Technical CD

Vaillant wanted to develop an interactive planning tool and database for their range of heating, renewable energy and air conditioning products for plumbers, specifiers and installers.

It had to be intuitive and easy to use, have broad appeal to a largely technical market and fit within Vaillant brand guidelines.

FMS not only designed and built this first to market initiative but have been responsible for updating and improving it each year since its inception. Recent initiatives include the introduction of an ‘auto update’ programme that automatically updates all the Technical CD files when saved to the user’s hard drive.

The Technical CD has proved extremely popular with plumbers, installers, and specifiers helping make Vaillant products their preferred choice, increasing Vaillant’s share of market and reinforcing their status as market leaders.

 

RSPCA Freedom Food - ‘What do you know about farm animal welfare?’ interactive game

RSPCA Freedom Food had the opportunity to take an additional, smaller space at the BBC Good Food Show, over and above their main stand. They wanted to use it as an opportunity to engage visitors, educate them about the brand and, ideally, to capture data.
The ‘What do you know about farm animal welfare?' interactive game was devised by FMS to answer the brief. It was very loosely inspired by a leading game show so as to have maximum impact on passing visitors. A simple, easy to understand prize structure was developed to incentivise visitors to participate and to enter their details.

Over the course of the exhibition the thousands of people who played the game learned more about the brand - many of them became ‘converts', leaving their details so that they could be kept up-to-date about RSPCA Freedom Food.
