Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) – Marketing Strategy

As a progressive, forward thinking organisation, the IIA wanted to build awareness of the value of the profession of internal audit and increase the standing of the Institute both internally (with its membership) and externally (with senior company executives, the media and government organisations).

In order to get an independent perspective, the IIA approached FMS and asked us to put together a marketing strategy for both the Institute, and one of its key propositions.

The IIA have incorporated the marketing strategy into their long term business plan and we are currently working with them on campaign planning and proposition development.
